Civil servants work hard and with passion. Really. Therefore, it will not be easy to blame a civil servant his work not good to have done. Well that he not the good work has done. The work is done neatly 'within scope' and 'according to task', but unfortunately no one asks whether it is the right task or whether the limits of the scope have been set correctly. The sad fact is that I am no better than the civil servant described above. So much for this reflective exercise, now back to my assignment.
